Terms & License

These terms govern purchases from getusefulsounds.com ("the Store") and your use of the sounds you buy. By completing a purchase you agree to them.
1. Who we are
The Store is operated by Roy Levi (Useful Sounds), Exempt dealer (Osek Patur), no. 327596243, HaVered St. 32, Gan Yavne, Israel.

2. Products
We sell digital products only: synth presets (Serum 2, Diva), audio samples and bundles of them. Each product page lists what is included and the software it requires. You are responsible for owning compatible software (for example, a licensed copy of Serum 2 or Diva). Nothing physical is shipped.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and are the full price you pay. Payment is processed by PayPal; we never see or store your card details. Your bank or PayPal may apply currency conversion fees, which are outside our control.
4. Delivery
After payment you get immediate access to your download link on the confirmation page, and by email where available. The link is valid for 7 days and allows up to 5 downloads per product. Please download and back up your files. If you have trouble downloading, contact us and we will help.
5. License
When you buy a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the sounds as part of your own music and audio productions.
You may:
- Use the sounds in your songs, beats, remixes, soundtracks, videos, games, live sets and other productions, commercial or not.
- Release, sell, stream and monetize those productions, with no royalties or credit owed to us.
- Edit, process and resample the sounds within your productions.
You may not:
- Sell, share, give away, upload or redistribute the sounds or presets on their own, whether original or modified, including as part of sample packs, preset banks, loop libraries, sound kits or templates.
- Register the sounds, or productions that consist mainly of the sounds, with content identification systems (such as YouTube Content ID).
- Use the sounds to train, fine-tune or build datasets for AI or machine-learning models.
- Share your download link or account access with others.
All rights not expressly granted remain with Useful Sounds. The license ends automatically if you breach these terms. Productions you released in compliance with the license before that remain licensed.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Because our products are digital content delivered immediately, a purchase cannot be cancelled once the download is made available. This follows the exception for information and digital content under section 14C(d) of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981. Before paying you expressly agree to immediate delivery. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
This does not affect your rights if a product is defective, not as described or cannot be downloaded. See our Refund Policy.
7. Originality
All sounds are created by Useful Sounds. If you believe any content infringes your rights, contact us at getusefulsound@gmail.com and we will review it promptly.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Products are provided "as is". We do not guarantee they will meet your specific needs or work with every software version or system. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you purchased applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
