Refund Policy

Our products are digital downloads that are delivered immediately. For this reason, all sales are final once the download is made available, as explained in our Terms & License. Please listen to the previews before you buy.

When we will help or refund

• You cannot download your files and we cannot fix it.
• A file is corrupted or missing, and we cannot provide a working replacement.
• The product is materially different from its description.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

How to request help

Email getusefulsound@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your PayPal order number and a short description of the problem. We usually reply within 2 business days. We will first try to fix the issue, for example by sending a new download link or a corrected file. If we cannot, we will refund you through PayPal.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
